On May 1st and on July 24th this year in 2021, the Home Run Dog Park Committee organized volunteer maintenance days at the dog park. This years projects included repairing the soil in an area across from the pavilion, and planting new grass seed. This area was fenced off for the month of May, but the grass in this area made a comeback and the results were good!
Additionally, we added sand at both events around the pavilion, helping with drainage. Additional projects that were done was to add two new waste stations to the East end of the dog park all dog common area, and the repair the water spickets and fence gates.
