Puppy Plunge 2021

On September 11th, 2021 the Home Run Dog Committee and the members of the Friends of Calhoun County Dog Park facebook group participated in the Puppy Plunge at Full Blast Waterpark. Every year on the last day of the Full Blast Waterpark season the city of Battle Creek parks and recreation department opens the facility to the dogs in the community for a day of splashing, plunging and fun! It is done on the last day before the water park is drained, cleaned and sanitized for the winter season.

Here is the video from this years event:

The Home Run Dog Park Committee set up a merchandise tent, and raised money from T-shirt and Hoodie sales for the dog park. Funds raised go to support the Home Run Dog Park maintenance and supply of waste bags and waste removal throughout the season.
